Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility: You may return items for store credit or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the item is: In new and unused condition Unopened and in its original packaging, including any seals (if applicable) In a resalable condition Not damaged in any way
Process: To return an item for a change of mind, please contact our Support Team at Email Address. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds: Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.
Returns: Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted for massage chairs. Faulty or Incorrect Items.
Eligibility: If you receive a faulty product, an item that does not match its description, or a product that is not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under Australian Consumer Law.

Costs: We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items. For non-faulty returns, you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.
2. Return Procedures

Assessment: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. We will then contact you to confirm the outcome.
Options: After confirmation, you may choose between An exchange for any product available in our stock.
Store credit for the amount spent on the returned item(s).
